“Fear of the LORD is the foundation of true knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.” — Proverbs 1:7 (NLT)

The "fear of the Lord" doesn’t mean to be afraid of God, but rather to honor Him, acknowledge His authority, and seek His guidance in all things. This is the foundation of knowledge and wisdom.
